"MyLoan"/Message Center CRM
The retail site also enables website users to create and log in to an online service called "MyLoan," where they can view their loan information, insurance and personal information, and also submit messages and inquiries to UMC staff by means of a secure, topic-oriented messges center. In addition to managing website content, the UMC website CMS enables UMC staff to create employee accounts with permissions to answer these customer queries in a secure, web-based environment.
